Runderstoofvlees
Totale bereidingstijd: 130–140 minuten

Ingrediënten
1000 g rundvlees (van de bout)
Zout
Peper
Paprika
1 ui, in blokjes
1 laurierblad
50 g boter, zacht
250 ml vleesbouillon
250 ml water
125 g crème fraîche
Maïzena

Gourmet-braadpan met deksel
Bereiding
Wrijf het vlees stevig in met zout en pe‐
per
, bestrijk het met boter doe het vlees
in de gourmet-braadpan. Voeg de ui en
het laurierblad toe en braad het vlees
afgedekt.
Voeg na 30 minuten wat vleesbouillon
en cr
ème fraîche toe en zet de berei‐
ding voort. Verwijder na 80 minuten het
deksel en braad het vlees gaar (onafge‐
dekt).
Voeg aan het braadvocht de resterende
bouill
on, de crème fraîche en water toe.
Bind het vocht met voorbereide maïze‐
na. Serveer de saus met het in plakken
gesneden vlees.
