Zout, paprika, kerrie
2–3 eetlepels olie
100 ml room of crème fraîche

Bereiding
Roer het zout, de paprika en de kerrie
door de olie of de bot
er. Bestrijk de
voorbereide kip met dit mengsel. Leg
de kip met de borstkant naar beneden
in de gourmet-braadpan en braad de
kip zonder deksel. Draai het vlees na
ca. 20 minuten om, doe er wat room of
crème fraîche bij en braad de kip zon‐
der deksel verder.
Voeg aan het braadvocht de resterende
r
oom en wat water toe. Bind het vocht
met voorbereide maïzena. Serveer de
saus bij het vlees.
