Vruchtengratin (Zwitserland)
Klaar te maken in: 110-120 minuten
Ingrediënten voor ongeveer 20 por

Deeg:
250 g bloem
80 ml water
100 g margarine
900 g fruit (bessen, perziken, kersen,
appels enz.)
Glazuur:
175 ml room
4 eetlepels suiker
2 eieren
Bereiding:
1. Kneed de bloem, de margarine en
het water tot een glad deeg en laat dit
1 uur op een koele plek rusten.
2. Om het glazuur te maken, mengt u
alle ingrediënten dooreen. Laat het fruit
eventueel uitlekken.
3. Rol het deeg dun uit en leg het op de
bakplaat. Druk het deeg aan de randen
omhoog en vorm een kleine rol.
4. Start het automatische programma.
5. Verdeel het fruit over het deeg,
smeer daarop het glazuur en plaats het
deeg in de voorverwarmde oven.

Temperatuur: 190-200 °C
Inschuifniveau: 2e van onderen af
Baktijd: 30-40 minuten.

Inschuifniveau: 1e van onderen af
Baktijd: 40-50 minuten + voorver
