Streuselkuchen
Zubereitungszeit: 120–130 Minuten
Zutaten für ca. 16 Portionen:
Teig:
500 g Mehl
1 Würfel (42 g) Hefe
250 ml lauwarme Milch
50 g flüssige Butter
50 g Zucker
1Ei
1 Prise Salz
Füllung:
125 g weiche Butter
125 g Zucker
1Ei
350 g Quark
1 EL Speisestärke
3 EL Zitronensaft
Streusel:
350 g Mehl
200 g Zucker
1/2 TL Zimt
200 g flüssige Butter
Zubereitung:
1. Mehl in eine Schüssel geben, eine
Mulde eindrücken. Hefe in die Mulde
bröseln, mit etwas Milch und Mehl ver
-
rühren und etwa 15 Minuten aufgehen
lassen.
2. Restliche Teigzutaten zugeben und
miteinander zu einem glatten Teig ver
-
kneten. Teig etwa 15 Minuten aufgehen
lassen, dann im Universalblech ausrol
-
len.
3. Butter mit Zucker und Ei cremig rüh
-
ren. Quark, Speisestärke und Zitronen
-
saft zufügen, unterrühren. Quarkmasse
auf den Hefeteig streichen.
4. Mehl, Zucker und Zimt mischen.
Leicht abgekühlte Butter zufügen. Alle
Zutaten zu Streuseln verkneten. Streu
-
sel auf die Quarkfüllung streuen und
goldgelb backen.
Backen Sie den Kuchen nicht im Auto
-
matikprogramm, lassen Sie ihn noch
-
mals etwa 15 Minuten aufgehen. An
-
schließend goldgelb backen.

Backzeit: ca. 62 Minuten
Heißluft plus
Temperatur: 150–170 °C
Einschubebene: 2. v. unten
Backzeit: 55–60 Minuten
Ober-Unterhitze
Temperatur: 160–180 °C
Einschubebene: 3. v. unten
Backzeit: 45–55 Minuten + Vorheizen
