2. Alle Zutaten für die Marinade mitein-
ander verrühren, die Entenbrüste hin-
eingeben, Marienade einmassieren und
für eine Stunde beiseite stellen.
3. Die Entenbrüste auf ein Rost geben
und garen.
4. Marinade sieben, in einen Topf ge-
ben und zu einer Sauce einkochen. Mit
der gegrillten Entenbrust servieren
