Schweizer Karamellcreme
Programmdauer:
ca. 17 Minuten (100 ml)
20 Minuten (150 ml)
Zutaten für 8 Porzellanförmchen à
100 ml oder 6 Porzellanförmchen à
150 ml Inhalt
Karamell
100 g Zucker
50 ml Wasser
Creme
500 ml Vollmilch
1 Vanilleschote
4 Eier
100 g Zucker
Sahne zum Garnieren
1. Zucker und das Wasser in einer
Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze karamellisie-
ren und gleichmäßig auf die Förmchen
verteilen.
2. Milch und längs aufgeschnittene Va-
nilleschote in einen ungelochten Garbe-
hälter geben und erwärmen. Anschlie
-
ßend die Vanilleschote entfernen (Step
2).
3. Die Eier mit dem Zucker schaumig
schlagen, nach und nach die heiße Va
-
nillemilch unterrühren. Auf die Förm
-
chen verteilen, auf den Rost stellen und
garen (Step 3).
4. Wird die Karamellcreme nicht im Au
-
tomatikprogramm zubereitet, die Förm
-
chen weitere 5 Minuten im ausgeschal
-
teten Gerät stehen lassen.
5. Karamellcreme zwei bis drei Stunden
im Kühlschrank kalt stellen. Vor dem
Servieren auf einen Teller stürzen und
nach Belieben mit Schlagsahne garnie
-
ren.
