Kaas-bieslook-soufflé
Programmaduur: ca. 30 minuten
Ingrediënten voor 6-8 personen
275 ml melk
50 g boter
50 g meel
100 g geraspte kaas

theelepel gemalen nootmuskaat
2 eetlepels gehakt bieslook
gemalen kaneel

theelepel zout
1

theelepel peper
5 eieren
boter voor het invetten
meel voor het bestrooien
1. Vet één 20 cm soufflévorm of zes
kleine soufflévormpjes in met boter en
bestrooi deze met meel. Scheid de
dooiers en het eiwit van de eieren.
2. Verwarm de melk iets in een pan en
laat de boter hierin smelten. Roer het
meel erdoor en laat het geheel enkele
minuten koken.
3. Voeg al roerend de kaas, de
nootmuskaat en het bieslook toe. Voeg
zout en peper toe en laat de massa af
-
koelen.
4. Roer de eidooiers erdoor. Klop de
eiwitten in een andere schaal stijf. Roer
het eiwit geleidelijk door de
soufflémassa.
5. Doe de massa in de soufflévorm of
de vormpjes. Plaats deze op een roos
-
ter en bereid de soufflé.
6. Serveer het gerecht na de bereiding
meteen.
