Ingrediënten voor 4 personen
4 stuks eendenborst met vel
1 theelepel zout
Marinade
4 eetlepels zoete sojasaus (Kepan
Manis)

1 knoflookteentje
1 steranijs, fijngestoten
1 theelepel sesamolie
1. Spoel de eendenborst af en dep het
vlees weer droog. Snijd het vel meer-
maals schuin in en wrijf het geheel met
zout in.
2. Meng de ingrediënten voor de mari-
nade. Doe het vlees erin. Masseer de
marinade in en laat het geheel vervol-
gens een uur staan.
3. Leg het vlees op een rooster en be-
reid het.
4. Haal de marinade door een zeef.
Doe de marinade in een pan en kook
deze in totdat er een saus ontstaat.
Serveer de saus bij de gegrilleerde
eendenborst.
