Weizenbrötchen
Backzeit ca. 65 Minuten
Zutaten für8–10Brötchen:
500 g Weizenmehl
2 TL Salz
6 EL Speiseöl
1 Würfel Hefe
1 TL Zucker
250 ml lauwarme Milch
Zubereitung:
1. Mehl in eine Schüssel sieben, Hefe
in der Milch auflösen, Zucker, Salz und
Speiseöl hinzugeben, zu einem glatten
Teig verarbeiten und ca. 3-4 Minuten
kneten.
2. Offen im Gerät für 30 Minuten gehen
lassen bei Einstellung Combigaren /
Backen 30 °C, 100 % Feuchte.
3. Teig durchkneten. Einen Teigballen
formen, dabei die Ränder nach unten
kneten. 8 bis 10 Brötchen formen, auf
zwei gefettete und gemehlte Backble
-
che legen, in der Mitte einschneiden
und backen.
Einstellung:
Automatik / Backen / Weizenbrötchen
Weizenmischbrot
Backzeit ca. 85 Minuten
Zutaten:
375 g Weizenmehl
125 g Roggenmehl
1 Würfel Hefe
1/2 TL Zucker
2-3TL Salz
1El
300 ml lauwarmes Wasser
Zubereitung:
1. Die zerbröselte Hefe mit Zucker und
Wasser verrühren, Mehl, Salz und Öl
hinzufügen und etwa 3-4 Minuten kne-
ten.
2. Teig offen im Gerät für 20 Minuten
gehen lassen bei Einstellung Combiga-
ren / Backen, 30 °C, 100 % Feuchte.
3. Einen Teigballen formen, dabei die
Ränder nach unten kneten. Teigballen
ca. 1 Minute ruhen lassen.
4. Teig zu einem Laib formen, mehrfach
schräg einschneiden, auf ein gefettetes
und mit Mehl bestäubtes Backblech le
-
gen und backen.
