Schweizer Zopf
Programmdauer ca. 50 Minuten
Zutaten:
675 g Weizenmehl
75 g Dinkelmehl
2 TL Salz
1 Würfel Hefe
120 g weiche Butter
400 ml lauwarme Vollmilch
Zubereitung:
1. Mehl mit Salz in einer Schüssel mi

schen, Hefe zerbröseln und zusammen
mit Butter und Milch dazu geben.
2. Alle Zutaten zu einem glatten Teig
verarbeiten, mit einem feuchten Tuch
zudecken und ca. 1 Stunde gehen las-
sen.
3. Aus dem Teig 3 gleich große Rollen
formen und zu einem Zopf flechten, auf
ein gefettetes Backblech legen und ba-
cken.

Zutaten für 1 Wäheform:
Teig
150 g Weizenmehl
1/4 TL Salz
50 - 75 g Butter
40 ml Wasser
gemahlene Nüsse oder Paniermehl
Belag
500 g Äpfel oder Birnen
Guss
200 ml Sahne
2 Eier Größe M
50 g Zucker
Zubereitung:
1. Die Teigzutaten so lange kneten, bis
ein elastischer Teig entstanden ist. Im
Kühlschrank etwas ruhen lassen.
2. Den Teig dünn ausrollen und in eine
Wähe- oder Pizzaform legen. Den Teig
mit einer Gabel anstechen und Panier
-
mehl oder gemahlene Nüsse darauf
streuen.
3. Obst schälen, in Spalten schneiden
und auf den Teig legen.
4. Sahne, Eier und Zucker verquirlen,
über das Obst gießen und backen.
