28-er Quiche-/Wäheform
Zutaten:
Teig
300 g Weizenmehl
1 Würfel Hefe
1 Prise Zucker
2 TL Salz
150 ml lauwarmes Wasser
3 EL Olivenöl
Belag
2-3 EL Olivenöl
schwarzer Sesam
Zubereitung:
1. Mehl in eine Schüssel geben, Hefe in
eine Vertiefung bröseln, Zucker darüber
streuen, lauwarmes Wasser hinzuge-
ben.
Offen im Gerät für 20 Minuten gehen
lassen bei Einstellung Combigaren,
30 °C, 100 % Feuchte.
2. Salz und Öl hinzugeben und alles
zusammen etwa 3-4 Minuten zu einem
glatten Teig kneten.
3. Ein Fladenbrot formen, in die gefette

te und mit Mehl ausgestreute Form ge
-
ben. Mit Öl bestreichen, mit Sesam be
-
streuen und backen.

250 g Weizenvollkornmehl

100 g Sonnenblumenkerne

Mohn
Sesam
Sonnenblumenkerne
Hirse
Zubereitung:
1. Mehl, Salz und Sonnenblumenkerne
miteinander vermischen, Hefe in lau-
warmem Wasser auflösen und hinzuge-
ben.
Offen im Gerät für 20 Minuten gehen
lassen bei Einstellung Combigaren,
30 °C, 100 % Feuchte.
