Schmieren der Gewindestange und der X-Achsen-Umlenkrolle

Nach ca. 50 Stunden Herstellungszeit sollten Sie die Gewindestange auf

der Z-Achse und der X-Achsen-Umlenkrolle schmieren. Um die

Gewindestange und die Umlenkrolle zu schmieren:

1. Nehmen Sie die Tube mit PTFE-basiertem Schmierfett zur Hand, die

mit Ihrem MakerBot Replicator 2 mitgeliefert wurde.

2. Fassen Sie beide Seiten der Bauplattform und schieben Sie sie

vorsichtig zum Boden des MakerBot Replicator 2.

3. Verwenden Sie einen sauberen, fusselfreien Lappen [oder Ihren

Finger], um das PTFE-basierte Fett auf dem oberen Abschnitt der

Gewindestange zu verteilen.

4. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie das Fett im Inneren des Gewindes gut

verteilen.

5. Fassen Sie beide Seiten der Bauplattform und verschieben Sie sie zum

oberen Ende des MakerBot Replicator 2.
