Reinigung des Antriebsrads
Das Antriebsrad ist der Teil des Extruders, der das Filament durch den
Extruder drückt. Wenn Sie Dinge mit Ihren MakerBot Replicator 2
herstellen, können kleine Stücke aus gehärtetem PLA am Antriebsrad
haften bleiben. Wenn Sie Probleme mit Ihrem Extruder haben, könnte
die Reinigung des Antriebsrads helfen.
1. Entladen Sie das MakerBot PLA-Filament aus dem Extruder. Um das
Script zum Entladen des MakerBot PLA-Filaments zu starten, gehen Sie
zur LCD-Anzeige und wählen Sie Dienstprogramme > Filament-
Optionen > Entladen.
2. Schrauben Sie die beiden Schrauben an den unteren Ecken der
Lüfterhaube mit dem 2,5 mm-Inbusschlüssel ab, der mit Ihrem
MakerBot Replicator 2 mitgeliefert wurde. Entfernen Sie in einem Stück
die Lüfterhaube, den Lüfter, den Kühlkörper und Abstandhalter.
Behalten Sie diese Teile zusammen und legen Sie sie beiseite.
3. Lösen Sie die Motorleitungen.
4. Ziehen Sie das Motor-Aggregat heraus.
