has been reached, the water will stop flowing automatically and the coffee brewing start/stop LED indicator
stops ashing. The device is now ready to brew espresso coffee again.
Note: It is recommended that you allow the device to cool down for at least 5 minutes before making another
cup of coffee. Otherwise, you may notice a burnt odor in your espresso coffee.
Making steam
The steam wand can be used to make hot beverages like hot chocolate or hot water for tea.
• Make sure the water tank is lled at least above the “MIN” mark and not above the “MAX” mark.
• Make sure the steam control knob D is in the “O” position!
• Press the steam button B
• Once the steam LED indicator stops ashing, you can use the steam function.
• Turn the steam wand H in the desired position.
• The rst ± 10 seconds the steam wand will dispense water. Therefore, it would be best to place or hold an
empty cup or jar to catch this water.
• Turn the steam control knob D slowly counterclockwise, water and steam will come out of the frothing nozzle
I.
• After the water has been dispensed and steam is coming out of the froth nozzle, turn the steam control knob
D clockwise to the “O” position.
• Turn the steam wand H in the desired position and place the froth nozzle I in the jug or cup to be heated.
• Turn the steam control knob D slowly counterclockwise, steam will come out of the frothing nozzle I.
Note! Never turn the steam control button rapidly, as the steam will accumulate rapidly in a short period of
time, which could potentially increase the risk of explosion.
When the required temperature is reached, you can turn the steam control knob D clockwise to the “O”
position and remove the jug or cup from the frothing nozzle I.
Immediately clean the frothing nozzle I with a wet sponge or wet cloth when no more steam is being
produced.
Caution: Prevent burns. Do not touch the hot parts; these are very hot.
Important notice:
Switching between steam mode & coffee brewing mode:
In case you press the coffee brewing start/stop button A when still in steam mode, both LEDs will ash quickly,
indicating a wrong operation has been selected.
Once you have nished steaming, press the steam button B again. The LED of the coffee brewing start/stop
button A will ash quickly, indicating the temperature in the device is too high for making an espresso coffee.
Press the coffee brewing start/stop button A so the device will start owing water. The device will draw water
from the water tank into the boiler to cool down and reach the proper temperature. Once the proper temperature
has been reached, the water will stop flowing automatically and the coffee brewing start/stop LED indicator
stops ashing. The device is now ready to brew espresso coffee again.

Power ON/OFF
Power ON: press the power button C, the LED indicator next to the power button will illuminate RED. The
LED indicator next to the coffee brewing start/stop button A will slowly ash green.
• Power OFF: press and hold the power button C for ± 3 seconds until the red LED indicator switches off.
• If there is no operation within ±25 minutes, the device will power off automatically.
Thermostat
The device features a built-in thermostat that automatically shuts OFF the device in case of overheating or
abnormal operation. If the device becomes too hot (overheating), the thermostat and fuse will activate and stop
the device from working. Allow it to cool down for approximately 15 minutes and the fuse will reset automatically.
The device can be used again.
