1. In die mit dem Metallmesser und dem Blender

ix versehene Schüssel das Mehl, die
Eier, das Speiseöl und das Salz geben.
2. Das Gerät 20 Sek. laufen lassen. Die Milch und das Bier allmählich durch den
Einfüllschacht hinzugießen. Das Gerät etwa 2 Min. laufen lassen.
3. Den Teig mindestens 1 Std. in den Kühlschrank stellen.
4. Die Crêpière vorheizen. Eine kleine Menge Crêpe-Teig darauf geben. Auf jeder Seite
etwa 2 Min. backen.
Tipp vom Küchenchef: Für etwas luftigere
Crêpes 100 ml Milch durch Bier ersetzen.

ein weicher Teig bildet.
4. Den Teig mindestens 1 Std. in den
Kühlschrank stellen.
5. Eine kleine Menge Teig ins Waffeleisen
gießen. Für den Backvorgang die
Bedienungsanleitung Ihres Gerätes zu
Rate ziehen.
