De prei wassen. Het harde groene gedeelte verwijde-
ren en de onderkant afsnijden.
De preien rechtop in de invoergoot zetten om ze met
de snijschijf fijn te snijden. In de braadpan 40 g
boter smelten. De preien toevoegen. Het geheel
doorroeren en op een zacht vuur laten slinken zon-
der te laten kleuren. Opzijzetten.
In de kom de kruiden hakken (door enkele keren op
pulse te drukken). De eieren, zout, peper, nootmus-
kaat en bloem toevoegen en mengen.
Dit mengsel over de prei gieten en het geheel op matig
vuur laten stollen.
De taart in vieren snijden om de parten te kunnen
omkeren en nog enkele minuten te laten bakken
onder toevoeging van wat boter.
Meteen serveren.

1 bouquet garni (peterselie,
tijm, rozemarijn, salie)
1 mespuntje nootmuskaat
