Quiche met tonijn
De oven voorverwarmen op 180° C (T6).
In de kom met het metalen mes de bieslook hakken
door op Pulse te drukken en de uitgelekte inhoud van
de 2 blikjes tonijn, de hele eieren, de room, enkele
druppels Tabasco, de ketchup, zout en peper oevoegen.
De machine 1 minuut laten draaien.
De goed ingevette bakvorm met bladerdeeg bekleden.
De helft van de gruyère kaas over de bodem verdelen.
Hierop het quichemengsel gieten en met de rest van
de parmezaanse kaas bestrooien.
In 30 minuten in de oven gaar bakken.
Enkele ogenblikken laten afkoelen, alvorens de rand van
de bakvorm te verwijderen.
Kan zowel warm als koud gegeten worden.

200 g bladerdeeg
300 g (2 blikjes)
naturel tonijn
2 hele eieren
25 cl room
Tabasco
1 bosje bieslook
2 eetl. hot ketchup
50 g geraspte
gruyèrekaas
zout, peper
