JUS DE FRUITS ET LEGUMES

Pour 2 verres

1 pomme

2 oranges

2 carottes

Lavez les fruits et légumes. Enlevez les extrémités

des carottes et coupez la pomme en morceaux

pour les passer à la centrifugeuse. Réservez le jus.

Pressez les oranges avec le presse-agrumes.

Mélangez les jus obtenus dans un shaker avec

éventuellement un peu de glace pilée. A déguster

très frais sans attendre.

1 poire

/2 citron

Lavez et essuyez les tomates et la poire. Coupez-les

en morceaux pour les passer au presse nectar-coulis.

Ajoutez le jus d’un demi citron et mélangez. Servez

très frais.

6 feuilles de salade

2 tomates

100 g de radis

1 branche de céleri

/2 concombre

ciboulette

Lavez tous les légumes. Pelez grossièrement le

concombre et équeutez les tomates. Coupez les

légumes volumineux en morceaux. Passez à la centri-

fugeuse : les feuilles de salade roulées ensemble,

les tomates, les radis, le céleri et terminez par le

concombre. Parsemez de ciboulette hachée.
