Crema di sedano al formaggio verde
Per 4 persone
½ sedano rapa
1 grossa patata
1 l di brodo di pollo
200 ml di panna liquida
leggera
50 g di formaggio verde
alcuni gherigli di noce
pepe
Preparazione: 10 min • Cottura: 35 min
Sbucciare il sedano rapa e la patata. Tagliarli a cubetti
grossi.
Fateli cuocere 35 minuti in 1 litro di brodo di pollo.
Introdurre le verdure con circa la metà del liquido nel
bicchiere del blender; aggiungere la panna, il formaggio
a pezzetti e le noci.
Macinare sopra un po’ di pepe fresco.
Frullare 1 minuto sulla funzione
, se necessario utilizzare
la spatola per mescolare meglio. Aggiungere eventualmente
un po’ di brodo di cottura se volete una consistenza meno
densa.
Vellutata di piselli alla menta
Per 6 persone
500 g di piselli surgelati
5 foglie di menta
1 dado di pollo
200 ml di panna liquida
2 cucchiaini di sale grosso
pepe
Preparazione: 15 min • Cottura: 10 min • Riposo: 2 ore
Far cuocere i piselli in 1 litro di brodo di pollo per circa 10
minuti.
Mettere da parte i ¾ del brodo. Versare i piselli e il resto
del brodo nel bicchiere del blender. Aggiungere le foglie di
menta, la panna, salare e pepare.
Frullare per 1 minuto sulla funzione
. Aiutatevi con
la spatola se necessario. Aggiungere un po’ di brodo a
seconda della consistenza che si desidera ottenere.
Lasciar riposare in frigo per 2 ore.
