Recettes à base de café chaud sans alcool
Café mexicain
Pour 4 personnes
50 cl de café fort
10 cl de crème fleurette
2 c.s. de chocolat fondu
2 c.s. de sucre
muscade, cannelle
Fouettez la crème fleurette avec le chocolat fondu, le sucre, 1 pincée de cannelle et 1 pincée
de muscade.
Versez le café chaud dans le mélange et remuez. Répartissez dans 4 tasses et déposez
éventuellement une cuillère de crème fouettée.
Café chocolaté
Pour 2 personnes
25 cl de café
25 cl de lait
50 g de chocolat noir

sachet de sucre vanillé
Mélangez le lait et le sucre vanillé et faites chauffer à feu doux.
Faites fondre le chocolat noir dans le lait chaud et fouettez le tout jusqu’à obtention d’un
mélange mousseux. Ajoutez le café chaud et mélangez. Servez aussitôt.
Café façon vin chaud
Pour 4 personnes
50 cl de café fort
50 cl de jus de pomme
2 c.s. de sucre roux
3 oranges finement émincées
2 petits bâtons de cannelle
1 pincée de 5 épices
1 clou de girofle
Portez tous les ingrédients à ébullition à feu moyen, puis
baissez le feu et laissez frémir 10 min. Passez le liquide
au chinois et servez aussitôt dans des tasses préalablement
rincées à l’eau chaude.
