Recettes à base de café froid sans alcool

Milk-Shake au café

Pour 2 personnes

• 20 cl de café froid

• 30 cl lait

• 2 boules de glace à la vanille

Mixez tous les ingrédients dans un robot jusqu’à obtention d’un mélange onctueux.

Lassi au café

Pour 2 personnes

• 35 cl de café froid

• 35 cl de yaourt nature brassé

• 4 c. s. de sucre

• Cannelle

Mixez le café, le yaourt et le sucre dans un robot jusqu’à l’obtention d’un mélange crémeux.

Servez et saupoudrez de cannelle.

Café frappé

Pour 2 personnes

• 45 cl de café fort froid

• 8 gouttes d’essence de vanille

• 4 c.s. de lait concentré sucré

• Glaçons

Placez les glaçons dans un robot et mixez pour obtenir environ 30 cl de glace pilée.

Ajoutez l’essence de vanille, le lait concentré et le café froid. Mixez jusqu’à obtention

d’un mélange mousseux. Versez dans de grands verres et décorez éventuellement de crème

fouettée.

Granité au café

• 50 cl de café chaud

• 100 g sucre

• 1 pincée de cannelle

• 3 graines de cardamome

Versez le café dans un récipient, ajoutez le sucre et les épices,

remuez et laissez refroidir.

Versez le café froid dans un bac et glissez le 1 h ou plus au congé-

lateur jusqu’à obtenir des paillettes.

Avant de servir, cassez le mélange congelé à la fourchette pour

obtenir une consistance granuleuse.
