Zutaten Pparation
1. Préchauffer le four à 190° C.
2. Assaisonner la viande de porc avec du sel et du poivre.
3. Mettre la poêle à frire sur la plaque de cuisson.Ajouter l'huile et saisir l'épaule de porc
dedans.
4. Ajouter le persil, le thym, le sel, l'oignon, l'ail, les feuilles de laurier, le jus d'orange, le
bouillon de poule, le soda et la sauce pour grillades et porter à ébullition.
5. Couvrir la poêle avec un couvercle et la mettre au four.Laisser cuire à 190°C jusqu'à ce
que la viande s'effiloche (2 heures environ).
6. Éffilocher la viande de porc avec deux fourchettes et servir avec du pain de maïs ou des
macaronis au fromage.

1 cuillère à soupe de sel de mer
½ cuillère à soupe de poivre noir moulu
3 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olive

2 cuillères à soupe de gros sel
½ oignon haché
2 gousses d'ail écrasées
2 feuilles de laurier
3 cuillères à soupe de jus d'orange
2 tasses de bouillon de volaille
1 tasse de soda de type « Coca Cola »
1 tasse de sauce spéciale grillades
