Pizza « petit déjeuner »
Pparation
1. Préchauffer le four à 200° C.
2. Étaler la pâte sur le fond de la poêle.Percer des trous dans la pâte avec une fourchette pour
qu'elle monte de manière homogène.
3. Badigeonner le bord de la pâte d'œuf battu.
4. Mettre le gruyère, la crème fraîche, le sel et le poivre noir dans un bol et mélanger.Étaler le
mélange sur la pâte à pizza.
5. Placer le lardon sur le mélange au fromage.
6. Metter la Livington Titan Pan au four et cuire à 200 °C jusqu'à ce que la pizza ait légèrement
bruni.
7. Sortir la pizza du four. Battre les œufs et les verser sur la pizza.
8. Remettre la pizza au four et finir la cuisson à 200 °C pendant 7 à 10 min.
9. Mettre la roquette, le jus de citron, l'huile d'olives, le sel et le poivre noir dans un saladier et
mélanger.
10. Sortir la pizza du four et la mettre sur une plaque à découper. Verser la roquette sur la pizza
avant de la découper et de la servir.
Pour 4 personnes
Ingrédients
225 g de pâte à pizza
1 œuf battu
1 tasse de gruyère
½ tasse de crème fraîche
Sel pour assaisonner
Poivre noir moulu pour assaisonner
7 tranches de lard cuit
4 œufs
2 ½ tasses de roquette
Jus de ½ citron
2 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olive
1/3 tasse de ciboulette hachée
