2. Seat Post, Seat Cushion, and Seat Sliding Tube Installation
Slide the Seat Post Cover (58) onto the tube of the Main Frame (41). Insert the Seat Post
(11) into the bushing on the tube of the Main Frame (41) and then attach the Round Knob
(63) onto the tube of the Main Frame (41) by turning it in a clockwise direction with the Multi
Hex Tool provided to lock the Seat Post (11) in the suitable position.
Adjusting the seat height:
Turn the Round Knob (63) in a counterclockwise direction until it can be pulled out. Pull out
the Round Knob (63) and then slide the Seat Post (11) up or down direction to the suitable
position. Lock the Seat Post (11) in place by releasing the Round Knob (63) and sliding the
Seat Post (11) up or down slightly until the Round Knob (63) "pops" down into the locked
position. For added safety, tighten the Round Knob (63) in a clockwise direction.
NOTE: When adjusting the height of seat post, the maximum insert depth mark line
cannot higher than the edge of seat post cover.
Remove three Ø16xØ8x1.5 Washers (16) and M8 Nylon Nut (42) from underside of the Seat
Cushion (13). Guide bolts on underside of the Seat Cushion (13) through holes on top of
the Seat Sliding Tube (12), attach with three removed Ø16xØ8x1.5 Washers (16) and M8
Nylon Nut (42) and tighten. Remove one Ø16xØ8x1.5 Washer (16) and Seat Adjustment
Knob (14) from underside of the Seat Sliding Tube (12). Guide bolt on underside of the
Seat Sliding Tube (12) through hole on top of the Seat Post (11), attach with one removed
Ø16xØ8x1.5 Washer (16) and Seat Adjustment Knob (14) and tighten.
Adjusting the seat forward or back:
Turn the Seat Adjustment Knob (14) to loosen the Seat Sliding Tube (12). Slide the Seat
Sliding Tube (12) forward or back to desired position and turn Seat Adjustment Knob (14) to
tighten.
NOTE: Continue to turn seat adjustment knob until seat sliding tube is secure before
exercising.
