Regenereren
Bij het „regenereren” wordt de ovenruimte met stoom en hete lucht verwarmd. Zo
is een snelle en gelijkmatige verwarming van de bereiding mogelijk zonder dat
het gerecht uitdroogt.
De werkwijze „regenereren” is geschikt om eerder bereide gerechten of ook rest-
jes weer op te warmen. Bovendien kunnen daarmee halfklare, kant-en-klare en
diepvriesproducten bereid of opgewarmd worden. De gewenste hoeveelheid
wordt in passende porties op een bord (geen kunststof) gelegd en hoeft niet te
worden afgedekt. Bij een portie het rooster in een willekeurige inschuifhoogte
schuiven en het bord erop plaatsen. U kunt tot vier porties tegelijk regenereren.
Hiervoor moet u, zoals lager beschreven, de verschillende inschuifhoogten gebrui-
ken.
