n Puede guardar el aparato en posición vertical para que ocupe menos

RECETAS
Un panini es un sandwich caliente, servido con pan fresco. El sandwich se
asa a el aparato y se sirve.
sandwich de salmón con bacon a la pimienta
Para preparar 6 sandwiches
6 (x 115 gr) de filete de salmón, aceite de oliva, sal, pimienta negra, 6
panecillos, 75 gr de mayonesa de limón-eneldo (receta a continuación), 6
hojas de lechuga, 2 tomates grandes cortados en trocitos, 12 rebanadas
de lonchas de bacon.
Pre-caliente el aparato para llegar a la temperatura máxima. Retire las partes
oscuras o la piel que pueda tener el filete de salmón. Unte aceite de oliva y
salpimiente. Cocine el salmón durante 6 minutos aproxi ma damente,
mientras obtiene un color rosado. Retire del aparato y reserve. Abra los
panecillos sin llegar al extremo. Unte la mayonesa de limón-eneldo en el
pan y coloque una hoja de lechuga. Coloque trocitos de tomate sobre la
hoja de lechuga, después agregue el filete de salmón, y finalmente coloque
dos lonchas de bacon. Coloque los bocadillos en el grill. Cierre la tapa y
deje cocinar durante unos 5 minutos. Retire los bocadillos del grill y déjelos
reposar durante 3 minutos. Sirva y disfrute.
Mayonesa de limón-eneldo:
110 gr. de mayonesa, 1 cucharadita de zumo de limón fresco, 2
cucharaditas de eneldo fresco picado, sal y pimienta negra.
Mezcle todos los ingredientes en un bol pequeño. Guárdelo en la nevera.
