n Deixe arrefecer à temperatura ambiente.
n Acrescente as natas sem deixar de mexer e coloque no frigorífico

n Acrescente as passas embebidas em rum quando o aparelho funcionar
e mal a preparação comece a tomar consistência.
GELADO COM IOGURTE E LIMÃO
300 g de iogurte natural, 3 colheres de sopa (50g) de natas espessas (42%
de matéria gorda), 170 g de açúcar, 250 ml de sumo de limão.
n Misture bem o iogurte, as natas, e o açúcar até dissolução completa do
açúcar.
n Acrescente o sumo de limão sem deixar de mexer.
n Misture o puré de frutos continuando sempre a mexer.
GELADO DE IOGURTE E FRUTOS VERMELHOS
100 g de morangos, 100 g de framboesas 100 g de mirtilos, 250 g de iogurte
natural, 110 g de açúcar.
n Lave os frutos vermelhos e reduza-os a puré com a ajuda de uma varinha
mágica.
n Misture o açúcar e o iogurte numa taça até o açúcar estar totalmente
dissolvido.
n Misture o puré de frutos mexendo sempre.
SOUFFLE GELADO DE MORANGO
400 g de morangos, 3 gemas, 60g de açúcar, 200 g de soro de leite.
n Lave os morangos e reduza-os a puré com ajuda de uma varinha mágica.
n Numa pequena caçarola aqueça as gemas em lume brando, acrescente
duas colheres de sopa de puré de morangos até que a misture fique
friável.
n Bata a mistura de ovos e o resto do puré num recipiente frio até que a
mistura fique homogénea.
n Em seguida, verta o açúcar e o soro de leite continuando sempre a mexer.
n Coloque a preparação no frigorífico para que arrefeça (mínimo 12 horas).
