DANSK
Bløde belgiske vafler
Nyd sprøde og bløde vafler.
Til 16 vafler
Tilberedningstid: ca. 5 til 5 ½ min.
500 g hvedemel, ½ spsk. bagepulver, 400 g smeltet smør, 400 g sukker, 200 ml mælk, ½
pakke vaniljesukker eller ½ tsk. vaniljeessens, 5 æg.
Pisk æggehviderne, indtil de er stiftpiskede. Pisk aggeblommerne. Tilsæt gradvist resten af
ingredienserne, og afslut med de piskede æggehvider. Denne dej er bedst, hvis den laves
dagen før, og skal opbevares i køleskabet.
Saftige vafler
Tilsæt citronskal til de lækre vafler.
Til 10 vafler
Tilberedningstid: ca. 3 til 3 ½ min.
5 æggeblommer, 5 spsk. varmt vand, 100 g sukker, revet citronskal fra en citron, 150 g
hvedemel, ½ tsk. bagepulver, 5 æggehvider.
Pisk æggeblommerne, vandet, sukkeret og citronskallen. Bland melet og bagepulveret, og
tilsæt det til blandingen. Pisk æggehviderne stive, og tilsæt dem til blandingen.
Vaniljevafler
Et eksotisk strejf af vanilje.
Til 14 vafler
Tilberedningstid: Ca. 3-4 min
200 g smør, 50 g sukker, vaniljestang eller 1 tsk. vaniljeessens, en knivspids salt, 6 æg, 300
g hvedemel, 2 tsk. bagepulver, ¼ liter mælk, 1 spsk. rom.
Rør smørret med sukker, vanilje og salt. Bland melet og bagepulveret, og tilsæt det til
blandingen. Tilsæt gradvist mælken og æggene og derefter rommen.
Vafler med ost
Ideel som en aperitif!
Til 20 vafler
Tilberedningstid: ca. 4 til 4 ½ min.
100 g smør, 8 æggeblommer, ½ tsk. salt, 500 g hvedemel, ½ tsk. bagepulver, 50 g revet
parmesan, ½ liter vand, 8 æggehvider (stiftpiskede).
Rør smørret, indtil det er blødt Bland melet og bagepulveret. Tilsæt æggeblommer, salt,
mel, ost og vand i den nævnte rækkefølge. Tilsæt de stiftpiskede æggehvider.
