Klassiske vafler
Deilige tradisjonelle, sprø vafler.
For 16 vafler
Steketid: ca. 3 ½ min
300 g hvetemel, 10 g (1 strøket spiseskje) bakepulver, salt, 75 g strøsukker, 100g smør,
2egg, ½ liter melk.
Bland mel og bakepulver i en bolle. Lag en grop i midten, og tilsett salt, sukker, smeltet smør
og egg. Tilsett melk gradvis. La røren stå i 1 time.
Luftige vafler
Nyt disse vaflene med en lett, luftig tekstur.
For 12 vafler
Steketid: ca. 3 til 3 ½ min
300 g hvetemel, 1 spiseskje bakepulver, 1 klype salt, 1 spiseskje sukker, 2egg, 400ml melk.
Pisk eggene godt sammen. Tilsett de andre ingrediensene, og visp til du får en jevn røre.
Belgiske vafler
Oppdag vafler slik de lages i Belgia.
For 16 vafler
Steketid: ca. 4 til 4 ½ min
5 egg, 1 spiseskje bakepulver, 300 g hvetemel, 300 g strøsukker, 300g smør.
La smøret bli mykt. Bland sammen mel, sukker og bakepulver. Tilsett myknet smør og egg.
Visp godt.
