OPSKRIFTER

Klassiske vafler
Lækre traditionelle sprøde vafler.
Til 16 vafler
Tilberedningstid: Ca. 3 ½ min.
300 g hvedemel, 10 g (1 spiseskefuld) bagepulver, salt, 75 g sukker, 100 g smør, 2 æg, ½
liter mælk.
Bland melet og bagepulveret i en skål. Lav et hul i midten, og tilsæt salt, sukker, smeltet
smør og æg. Tilsæt gradvist mælken. Lad dejen stå i 1 time.
Lette vafler
Nyd disse lette vafler.
Til 12 vafler
Tilberedningstid: ca. 3 til 3 ½ min.
300 g hvedemel, 1 spsk. bagepulver, en knivspids salt, 1 spsk. sukker, 2 æg, 400 ml mælk.
Pisk æggene, indtil de skummer. Tilsæt de andre ingredienser, og pisk blandingen, indtil
den er jævn.
Belgiske vafler
Lav vafler, som de laves i Belgien.
Til 16 vafler
Tilberedningstid: ca. 4 til 4 ½ min.
5 æg, 1 spsk. bagepulver, 300 g hvedemel, 300 g sukker, 300 g smør.
Blødgør smørret. Bland melet, sukkeret og bagepulveret. Tilsæt den blødgjorte smør og
æggene. Bland godt.
