2 kleine courgette
1 grote aardappel
1 ui
1 teentje knoflook
2 el. olijfolie
1 wortel
1 el. citroensap

Bereiding:
1. Was de courgettes grondig, verwijder de stelen, snij in
tweeën en snij de helften in schijes. Schil de aardappelen
en snij in blokjes Hak de ui en het teentje knoflook fijn.
2. Voeg de olie aan de gehakte groente toe en breng
afgedekt aan de kook.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 7 tot 9 min
3. Was ondertussen de wortelen, schil en hak ze grof. Meng
de wortelen vervolgens met het citroensap en de kruiden.
4. Laat circa 3 minuten stoven, voeg de geraspte wortelen al
roerend toe, breng op smaak en dien op.

Ingrediënten:
350 g wortelen
2 bosui
1 el. boter
2 el. slagroom
Zwarte peper,
grof gemalen
Zout
Grote hoeveelheid
peterselie
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
1. Borstel de wortelen grondig schoon, was en snij in
schijes of blokjes. Reinig de bosui, snij in ringen en breng
samen met de wortelen en boter afgedekt aan de kook. Roer
regelmatig.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 10 tot 12 min
2. Voeg de slagroom en kruiden al roerend toe. Controleer de
kookstatus en, indien nodig, kook iets langer.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 1 tot 2 min
3. Alvorens op te dienen, breng op smaak, meng met de
gehakte peterselie en laat 2 tot 3 minuten sudderen terwijl
afgedekt.
