500 g prei
1 el. boter
100 g gekookte ham
50 ml vloeistof
(groentebouillon/water)
2 el. slagroom
Zwarte peper
Paprikapoeder

Bereiding:
1. Reinig en was de prei, snij in dunne ringen en snij de ham
in dunne reepjes. Stoom in boter met een beetje vloeistof.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 6 tot 8 min
2. Voeg de slagroom en kruiden al roerend toe. Controleer de
kookstatus en, indien nodig, kook iets langer.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 1 tot 2 min
3. Alvorens op te dienen, breng op smaak en laat 2 tot 3
minuten sudderen.

Ingrediënten:
2 medium witlof
(circa 500 g)
50 g donkere Goudakaas
1/2 kop (100 g) room
2 eieren
40 g walnootpitten
Zwarte peper
Waterkers
1 tomaat
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
1. Was de witlof, snij in tweeën, snij de bittere kern uit en
was opnieuw. Plaats de witloelften naast elkaar in de
vorm en breng lichtjes op smaak met zout en peper.
2. Rasp de kaas grof, voeg de room en eieren al roerend
toe, voeg vervolgens de gehakte noten en kruiden toe en
verdeel over de groente. Breng afgedekt aan de kook.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 9 tot 12 min
3. Laat enkele minuten sudderen, versier met waterkers en
tomatenblokjes. Dien op met volkorenpasta of rijst.
