Ingrediënten:
1 grote ui
1 teentje knoflook
1 wortel
1 knolselder
3 el. olijfolie
200 g kalfsgehakt
2 tot 3 el. tomatenpuree
250 ml water
Zout, peper
1 snuie suiker
Paprika, basilicum
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
1. Was en reinig de groente. Hak de ui, het teentje knoflook,
wortel en selder in zeer kleine blokjes.
2. Stoom de fijn gehakte groente lichtjes in olijfolie.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 3 tot 5 min
3. Meng het gehakt, tomatenpuree, kruiden en de vloeistof
met de groente en stoom het geheel verder afgedekt. Roer
regelmatig.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 8 tot 12 min
4. Breng op smaak alvorens op te dienen. Indien gewenst,
dien op met geraspte Parmezaanse kaas.

Vleesballen in tomatensaus
»pikan
Ingrediënten:
500 g tomatenpuree
1 takje tijm
1 tl. suiker
2 el. olijfolie
1 gedroogde chilipeper
250 g rundsgehakt
1 ui
1 teentje knoflook
1 ei
2 el. paneermeel,
Zout, peper
1 snuie cayennepeper
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
1. Verwarm de tomatenpuree met tijm, chilipeper, suiker en
olijfolie.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 5 tot 6 min
2. Meng het gehakt met de fijn gehakte ui, ei, paneermeel
en kruiden tot een vleesdeeg. Breng op smaak en vorm met
vochtige handen tot balletjes op walnoot-grootte.
3. Plaats de balletjes in de pikante saus en kook tot klaar.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 9 tot 11 min
4. Laat het geheel circa 5 min. stoven. Dien op met wit
brood.
