Ingrediënten:
250 g gemengd
lams- en kalfsgehakt
1 ui
1 teentje knoflook
60 g verse of bevroren
spinazie
1 bundel peterselie
60 g schapenmelkkaas
4 el. sesamzaadjes, 1 ei
Kruidenzout
Zwarte peper
1 snuie rode paprikapoeder
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
1. Schil de ui en het teentje knoflook en snij in kleine
blokjes. Hak de spinazie en peterselie fijn. Stamp de
schapenmelkkaas met een vork fijn.
2. Meng het gehakt met de bereide ingrediënten, de
sesamzaadjes en het ei tot een vleesdeeg. Breng op smaak
met de kruiden en vorm circa 15 ronde ballen met vochtige
handen.
3. Aankelijk van de grootte van het apparaat, kook alle
ballen in één of twee keer. Draai de ballen om aan de helft
van de kooktijd.

} 15 stuks: Magnetron max. vermogen, 9 tot 11 min
4. Laat het geheel circa 5 min. stoven. Dien koud of warm op
met een aardappelsalade.

Kalkoengoulash met bonen
»eenvoudig recep
Ingrediënten:
1 kalkoenfilet
(circa 150 g)
1 sneetje spek
1 kleine ui
1 teentje knoflook
1 el. olie
2 el. witte bonen
2 el. rode bonen
2 el. maïs
Rode paprika
Peper, zout
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
1. Snij de kalkoenfilet en het spek in reepjes, schil de ui en
de knoflook en hak in fijne stukjes. Stoom het geheel lichtjes
in olie.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 2 tot 3 min
2. Voeg de bonen, maïs en kruiden toe en breng afgedekt
aan de kook. Roer regelmatig.
Magnetron max. vermogen, 3 tot 4 min
3. Laat circa 3 minuten sudderen. Breng op smaak en dien op
met aardappelpuree.
