Para encender la barbacoa
1. Ponga alrededor de 1 a 2 kg de carbón en el tazón del fuego.
2. Coloque 1 o 2 cubos de encendedor entre el carbón, de manera que se vea 1/4
del cubo.
3. Abra completamente la ventilación inferior y deje la campana abierta.
4. Encienda los cubos. Después de 15-20 minutos, el carbón habrá brillado.

mal sabor. No utilice briquetas instantáneas ligeras. Estos dan el mismo
mal sabor.
Para comprobar la temperatura
1. Cuando el carbón esté completamente encendido y la campana esté cerrada,
asegúrese de que la ventilación inferior esté completamente abierta.
2. Abra completamente la ventilación superior y controle la temperatura hasta
alcanzar la temperatura deseada.
3. Cierre la ventilación superior hasta la mitad, espere 5 minutos y controle la
temperatura.
4. Regule la temperatura cerrando (temperatura más baja) o abriendo (temperatura
más alta) la ventilación superior.
5. Controle la temperatura durante la cocción. Si encuentra que la temperatura está
fuera del rango deseado, ajuste la ventilación superior en pequeños pasos y
espere de 1 a 2 minutos.
