30 g de avellanas picadas
70 g de mantequilla
1-2 huevo(s)

Primero, caliente cuidadosamente el chocolate junto con la mantequilla en una
olla de acero, moviéndolo constantemente para evitar que el chocolate se queme.
Deje que se enfríe brevemente después.
Luego, bata el huevo, el azúcar, el azúcar de vainilla y una pizca de sal en un
tazón hasta que esté cremoso. A continuación, añada la mezcla de chocolate con
la harina, las nueces y una pizca de levadura en polvo y mézclelo todo.
