2. Pimentón guisado con quinoa
Portions : 2
Temps de préparation : 20-30 minutes
Ingrédients 100 g de quinoa
4 poivrons (rouges)
300 ml de bouillon de légumes
120 g de champignons
100 g de parmesan râpé
Curry en poudre
1 cuillère à café de fenouil (moulu)
1 échalote
1 gousse d‘ail
1-2 cuillère à soupe d‘huile de tournesol
/ de colza / d‘olive
En primer lugar, lave bien la quinoa con agua fría para eliminar las sustancias
amargas que pueda contener. Luego, caliente 300 ml de caldo de verduras
con el hinojo y cocine la quinoa en él durante 10 minutos. Retire la quinoa del
fuego y deje que se hinche durante otros 10 minutos. Mientras tanto, recorte
cuidadosamente el tallo de los pimientos. Retire todas las semillas que pueda
contener. Pele y pique el chalote y el ajo. A continuación, corte los champiñones
en trozos pequeños y fríelos brevemente en una sartén con el polvo de curry, las
chalotas y los trozos de ajo. Por último, mezcle la quinoa con los champiñones,
añada el parmesano y rellene con la mezcla los pimientos. Fríe los pimientos con
un poco de aceite durante 12-15 minutos a aprox. 160 °C en la freidora de aire
caliente AeroVital Fry.
3. Patatas fritas de elaboración propia y gajos de papa
Porciones: 2
Duración de preparación: 10-15 minutos
Ingredientes: 6 patatas (o boniato)
Pimentón picante
Sal
1-2 cucharadas de aceite de girasol o aceite de colza, o
aceite de oliva
Primero pele las patatas o enjuáguelas bien. A continuación, córtelas en tiras o
trozos de aproximadamente 1 cm de grosor y colóquelas en agua fría durante
10 minutos para eliminar el almidón. Ahora, esparza el aceite sobre las tiras y
sazónelas con pimienta y sal. Hornee las patatas en la freidora de aire caliente
AeroVital Fry a 200 °C durante aprox. 10 minutos.
