WAFLES
En un tazón grande, combine la harina, las chispas de
chocolate, el azúcar granulada, el polvo de hornear,
la sal y la canela, si lo desea. Agregue la leche, la
mantequilla y los huevos; mezcle hasta humedecer.
Pueden quedar algunos grumos.
Programe el temporizador de la waflera precalentada
en 3 minutos y 45 segundos. Vierta 1 taza (235 ml) de
masa en la parte superior de la waflera. Cierre la parte
superior; inicie el temporizador y gire la waflera. Llene
el otro lado de la waflera; gírela de nuevo.
Cuando oiga la señal, retire el primer wafle. Retire el
segundo wafle. Repita con la masa restante. Sirva con
crema batida de chocolate.
CREMA BATIDA
En un tazón enfriado, coloque todos los ingredientes
para la crema batida. Coloque el tazón y el batidor de
alambre en la batidora. Gradualmente suba hasta la
velocidad 10 y bata hasta que se formen picos rígidos.
Cubra; refrigere hasta el momento de servir.
