Coloque la mantequilla de maní y la mantequilla regular en el tazón para mezclar.
Coloque el tazón y el batidor plano en la mezcladora. Pase a la Velocidad
6 y bata durante aproximadamente 1 minuto hasta que la mezcla quede uniforme.
Pare y raspe el tazón. Agregue el azúcar, el huevo y la vainilla. Pase a la
Velocidad 4 y mezcle durante aproximadamente 1 minuto. Pare y raspe el tazón.
Pase a la Velocidad para Revolver (Stir Speed). Gradualmente, agregue
todos los ingredientes restantes a la mezcla de azúcar y mezcle durante
aproximadamente 30 segundos. Pase a la Velocidad 2 y mezcle durante
aproximadamente 30 segundos.
Ruede la masa hasta formar bolitas de 1 pulgada. Coloque las bolitas con una
separación de 2 pulgadas sobre moldes para hornear sin engrasar. Presiónelas
con un tenedor hasta aplanarlas usando un patrón entrecruzado hasta dejarlas con
un espesor de

Hornéelas a 375°F hasta que se doren, durante aproximadamente de 10 a 12
minutos. Quite inmediatamente las galletas de los moldes para hornear y deje que
se enfríen en anaqueles de alambre.
