Fixer le bol et le fouet plat au batteur. Régler à la vitesse 2 et mélanger pendant
environ 30 secondes. Arrêter le batteur et racler le bol. Régler à la vitesse 4 et battre
environ 30 secondes. Arrêter le batteur et racler le bol.
Régler à la vitesse d’agitation (Stir). Ajouter graduellement le bicarbonate de sodium,
le sel et la farine au mélange de sucre et mélanger pendant environ 2 minutes.
Régler à la vitesse 2 et mélanger pendant environ 30 secondes. Arrêter le batteur et
racler le bol. Incorporer les pépites de chocolat. Régler à la vitesse d’agitation (Stir)
et mélanger pendant environ 15 secondes.
À l’aide d’une cuillère à thé, déposer sur des plaques à pâtisserie graissées en
laissant environ 2 po entre chacun. Cuire au four à 375°F de 10 à 12 minutes.
Retirer immédiatement des plaques à pâtisserie et laisser refroidir sur des grilles.
