4.4 Puls-Vorgabemöglichkeiten
Das Schema zeigt den Ablauf bei der Pulsvorgabe
Im Einzelnen:
Vorgabe: Trainingspuls
Mit der Set-Taste rufen Sie nacheinander 3 Eingabebereiche auf.
1. Alter [Age] (Bild 13/14)
2. Maximalpuls [Max] (Bild 15/Bild 16)
3. Pulszonen:Trainingsziel ➠ Fettverbrennung [Fat 65%] (Bild 17)
Trainingsziel ➠Herz-Kreislauf-Fitness [Fit 75%] /Bild 18)
Manuell [Man - - %] /Bild 19/20)
4.4.1 Alterseingabe
Die Alterseingabe dient zur Berechnung Ihres Maximalpulses.
Geben Sie Ihr Alter ein, erscheint in der PULSE- Anzeige (7) der alters-
abhängige Maximalpuls (Formel: 220 - Alter). (Bild 14) Bei Eingaben
bis 21 Jahren kann nur 199 als Maximalpuls angezeigt werden, es wird
aber mit dem richtigen Wert gerechnet.
Bemerkung
Haben Sie zuvor im HRC- Programm ein Alter eingegeben, wird dieser
Wert angezeigt.
4.4.2 Maximalpuls
Durch eine Alterseingabe erscheint bei der Maximalpulsanzeige der be-
rechnete Wert im Grafikfeld (Bild 16). Zusätzlich wird in der PULSE- An-

Mit den -/+ Tasten (12/13) stellen Sie die Vorgabewerte ein (Bild

Drücken Sie länger auf die -/+ Taste. erfolgt ein schneller Vor- oder
Rücklauf der Werte.
Drücken Sie die -/+ Tasten zusammen, springt der Wert auf Null
zurück.
Mit der Set-Taste erreichen Sie die nächsten Vorgaben. (Bild 10-
12).
