If there is an input for age in the “HRC”-program, it is display-
ed here.

Maximum pulse-rate is calculated from this.

• Fat burn-up 65%, fitness 75% or manual 40-90%
Confirm with “SET” (e.g.. man. % 40-90)
• Input values using “Plus” or “Minus” (e.g. manual 80)

The values input are accepted and you leave the pre-sets’
zone.
Display: Start display with pre-set values
Pre-set incline with the +/- keys.
Pre-set speed with the +/- keys or with the keys 4 – 16.
Start the belt running with the START/STOP – key
Additional remark:
Set age at “OFF“, skip “fat, fit and man“. Input of target pulse-rate
then follows independent of age.
