grams. They differ considerably from each other
in terms of level of intensity and duration.
1. Training with pre-set values for speed and incline
a) Manual pre-set values

• (PROGRAM) “Count Down”
b) Running profiles
• (PROGRAM) “1” – ”6”
• (PROGRAM) “M” (adjustable)
2. Training with pre-set values for pulse-rate
a) Manual pre-set values for pulse-rate
• (PROGRAM) “HRC 1”
• (PROGRAM) “HRC 2”

Pay attention to information on safety
Mains and safety switch on
a) Manual pre-set values
(PROGRAM) “Count Up”
• Press “PROGRAM” 1x: display “Count Up”
• as for Quick Start
(PROGRAM) “Count Down”
• Press “PROGRAM” 2x: display “Count Down”
The program counts from input values downwards > 0.
• Press “SET”: pre-set values
If there is no entry, the training starts in program
“Count Up”. For program start, at least one default for
Time, Distance or Energy must be entered.
