Under dette menupunkt kan du foretage brugerspecifikke indstillinger (f.eks. ændring af alder). Ændrin-
gerne i denne menu har ikke nogen betydning for andre brugeres data.
2. Mine resultater
Under ”Mine Resultater” kan man se den samlede personlige præstation samt resultatet fra den sidste træ-
ning.
3. Min sidste træning
Når dette menupunkt vælges, kommer man direkte til den sidst startede træning. Dette menupunkt er altid
forvalgt, når man kommer ind i brugermenuen. Så kan den sidste træning startes med ét tryk.
4. Min træningsliste
Under dette menupunkt findes alle træninger, der er gemt på apparatet. De forskellige træningstyper bes-
krives senere.
5. Træningskonfigurator
Ved hjælp af træningskonfiguratoren kan der oprettes en individuel træningsprofil. Når profilen er opret-
tet, vises den i træningslisten. Hver bruger har lagerplads til en individuelt konfigureret træning. Når der
konfigureres en ny træning, slettes den foregående træning.
