2. Midterknap - tryk

I menuen: Ved at trykke på midterknappen bekræftes det valgte element. Der skiftes til det valg-

te menupunkt eller den valgte træning.

Under træning: Ingen funktion

3. Midterknap - drej

I menuen: Ved at dreje på midterknappen ændres valget i den pågældende menu. Halvcirkelen

nederst på displayet signalerer, at der er flere valgmuligheder.

Under træning: Ændring af trædemodstand

4. Venstre knap

I menuen: Vender tilbage til det overordnede menupunkt. Eventuelle ændringer gemmes ikke.

Under træning: Afslutter træningen og starter måling af restitutionspuls. Du kan skifte tilbage til træ-

ningen ved at trykke én gang til på knappen.

5. Højre knap

I menuen: Henter kontekstoplysninger, som forklarer betydningen af menupunktet.

Under træning: Visning af gennemsnitsværdier. Når knappen trykkes, vises dine gennemsnitsværdier

i et par sekunder.
