Tag for din egen sikkerheds skyld hensyn til føl-

gende punkter:

• Træningsapparatet skal opstilles på en dertil egnet fast overf-

lade.

• Kontrollér forbindelserne med hensyn til fastgørelse inden træ-

ningsapparatet tages i brug første gang og efter ca. 6 dages

brug.

• For at undgå kvæstelser som følge af fejlbelastning eller over-

belastning må træningsapparatet kun betjenes i henhold til

vejledningen.

• Det kan ikke anbefales at opstille træningssapparatet i fugtige

rum i en længere periode af hensyn til rustdannelse.

• Kontrollér funktionen af træningsapparatet og dets korrekte til-

stand regelmæssigt.

• Sikkerhedskontroller hører under brugers pligter og skal udfø-

res korrekt med jævne mellemrum.

• Defekte eller beskadigede komponenter skal udskiftes

omgående.

Der må kun anvendes originale reservedele fra KETTLER.

• Træningsapparatet må først benyttes, når det er istandsat.

• Træningsapparatets sikkerhedsniveau kan kun bibeholdes

under forudsætning af, at det kontrolleres regelmæssigt med

hensyn til skader og slitage.

med maskinen. Lægens vurdering bør ligge til grund

for opbygningen af dit træningsprogram. Forkert eller

for meget træning kan føre til sundhedsmæssige skader.

se. For meget træning kan føre til alvorlige, sundheds-

mæssige skader eller kan være livsfarligt. Hvis du bliver

svimmel eller føler dig utilpas, så stands straks trænin-

gen.
