OPERATION OF THE COMPUTERISED DISPLAY RUN 1

1. Keys:

1.1 SET: setting of time or distance or calories in standby

mode.

1.2 START/STOP: starts the treadmill from standby mode

with a countdown period of 3 seconds, or stops the

treadmill during training.

1.3 SPEED -/+: with MODE change of settings, during trai-

ning: change of speed slower/faster

1.4 Quick keys set speed 3km/h, 6km/h, 9km/h, 12km/h

during training.

1.5 MODE: in standby mode you may set programs P1 ~

U1, during training you can change display ranges in

the bottom.

1.6 CLEAR: when you press this key, current display is

deleted and the unit reverts to standby mode.

1.7 INCLINE ˅/˄: with MODE change of settings, during

training change of incline more/less

1.8 Quick key Incline: set 3%; 6%; 9%; 12% during trai-

ning.

1.9 Quick key “12” activates the Heart Rate Recovery func-

tion in standby mode.

2. Display messages:

2.1 PROG.: shows PROGRAM

2.2 TIME: shows TIME

2.3 SPEED: shows SPEED;

2.4 INCL.: shows INCLINE

2.5 PULSE: shows PULSE

2.6 DIST.: shows DISTANCE;

2.7 CAL.: shows CALORIES;
