U1: Uživatelský program 1

Tento program umožňuje uživateli vytvoření vlastního profilu (s

jednotlivými úseky).

Vyberte si pro každý úsek libovolné stoupání a libovolnou rych-

lost. Máte také možnost si vytvořit program, který je ušit na míru

vašim tréninkovým požadavkům.

Tento vytvořený program se v počítači uloží a lze jej kdykoliv

vybrat a trénovat podle něj.

1. Vložte bezpečnostní klíč a stiskněte tlačítko SPEED (+) popř.

(-), dokud se na displeji nezobrazí požadovaný program

(U1).

2. Pro výběr požadované doby (00-99) stiskněte tlačítko

MODE a SPEED (+) popř. (-). Standardní nastavení je 24

minut.

Pro výběr požadovaného sklonu (0-10) stiskněte tlačítko

INCLINE (+) popř. (-).

Standardní nastavení je 0 %.

3. Stiskněte tlačítko MODE.

4. Seg01; stiskněte tlačítko SPEED (+) popř. (-) a INCLINE (+)

popř. (-) pro úpravu každého jednotlivého úseku, např.

Seg01 rychlost 4,2 km při stoupání 2. Seg02 rychlost 5,6

km při stoupání 4. U dalších úseků postupujte obdobně.

(Seg01 – Seg12). Po každém úseku stiskněte tlačítko

MODE. Pokud jste se zadáváním hotovi, stiskněte tlačítko

START. Běžecký trenažér se spustí.

Během tréninku lze měnit úroveň rychlosti a sklonu pomocí tlačí-

tek (+) popř. (-).
