all’indietro il tempo preimpostato, mentre gli altri indicatori
contano in modo crescente fino all’arresto del nastro. Il nastro
inizia ad una velocità di 2,0 M/h / 3,2 KM/h. Premere il tasto
VELOCITÀ (+)/(-) per modificare la velocità. Premere il tasto
PENDENZA (+)/(-) per sollevare il nastro.
DISTANCE / Allenarsi per un percorso predefinito
Quando il nastro si trova in modalità POWER ON, premere il
tasto DISTANCE, quindi l’UTENTE ed impostare i propri DATI
UTENTE. L’indicatore del PERCORSO indica“00.0”
lampeggiante. Premere il tasto PENDENZA (+)/(-) per
impostare il percorso di allenamento ottimale, per confermare
quindi l’impostazione premere il tasto INVIO e
successivamente il tasto START per cominciare. L’indicatore
del PERCORSO conta all’indietro il tempo preimpostato,
mentre gli altri indicatori contano in modo crescente fino
all’arresto del nastro. Il nastro inizia ad una velocità di 2,0 M/h
/ 3,2 Km/h. Premere il tasto VELOCITÀ (+)/(-) per modificare
la velocità. Premere il tasto PENDENZA (+)/(-) per sollevare il
nastro.
CALORIES / Allenarsi per calorie predefinite
Quando il nastro si trova in modalità POWER ON, premere il
tasto CALORIES, quindi l’UTENTE ed impostare i propri DATI
UTENTE. L’indicatore delle CALORIE indica “0”
lampeggiante.
Premere il tasto PENDENZA (+)/(-) per impostare il consumo
ideale di calorie durante il proprio allenamento, per confermare
quindi l’impostazione premere il tasto INVIO e
successivamente il tasto START per cominciare.
L’indicatore delle CALORIE conta all’indietro il valore
reimpostato delle calorie, mentre gli altri indicatori
contano in modo crescente fino all’arresto del nastro. Il
nastro inizia a 2,0 M/h / 3,2 Km/h. Premere il tasto
VELOCITÀ (+)/(-) per modificare la velocità. Premere il
tasto PENDENZA (+)/(-) per sollevare il nastro.
HEART RATE CONTROL / Allenarsi per battiti
