Press INCLINE UP and DOWN buttons to switch the PULSE
display to “2” then press START. Press INCLINE UP or
DOWN buttons to switch between “ON” and “OFF” (shown on
the SPEED/CALORIES display) and to switch the BEEPER on
or off. Press the STOP button to return to the POWER ON
mode.
ENGLISH / METRIC CONVERSION –
The treadmill computer display can show METRIC and
ENGLISH information. This should be preset for your area by
the factory. However, in case that the treadmill needs to be
converted between METRIC and ENGLISH readout, please
follow the procedure below:
Set the POWER SWITCH to ON. Press the START button on
the computer and hold it. Insert the SAFETY KEY then
release the START button. The computer will sound one short
beep and SPEED display shows “_”. Press START button to
switch the SPEED display between “_” and “E”.
“_” = METRIC “E” = ENGLISH
Press the STOP button to confirm the selection and return to
POWER ON status.
PROGRAM:
QUICK START –
When the treadmill is in POWER ON status, press the START
button to activate the QUICK START program. The speed will
start from 0.5MPH/0.8KM/H. Press the SPEED UP/DOWN
button to change the speed. Press the INCLINE switch to
elevate the treadmill.
COOL DOWN –
If user select QUICK START, press STOP button once to start
the one minute COOL DOWN. If user select other program,
either press STOP button once to start the one minute COOL
DOWN or complete the select program then treadmill will start
the one minute COOL DOWN automatically. When COOL
DOWN procedure starts, TIME/DISTANCE display shows
“COOL” and blinking 10 seconds then counts down 50
seconds ( total 60 seconds ) to “00:00” at a speed of
2MPH/3.2KPH and incline level 0. After time counts down to
00:00, treadmill will stay at PAUSE status.
PAUSE/STOP –
When the treadmill is running, press the STOP button twice to
pause the treadmill. All the figures on the LED display will
freeze on. Press the START button to resume the program
and the display will continue the performance until the program
finishes. If the STOP button is pressed three times, then all the
data will return to 0 and the treadmill will return to POWER ON
status. If there is no action within 30 seconds, the treadmill
will return to POWER ON status.
RECOVERY –
When the treadmill is in workout mode or running, press the
RECOVERY button to start the RECOVERY process. The
threadmill will stop.Before pressing the RECOVERY button, a
pulse value must appear on the PULSE display. The pulse
value will be stored. If you are not wearing the chest belt
transmitter, you must grab the hand puls sensors again within
10 seconds after the RECOVERY button has been pressed.
During the RECOVERY function, the TIME display will count
down 60 seconds from “01:00” to “00:00”, USER/SPEED
display shows “rEC”, CALORIES display shows “Fx.x”
